Costa Rica Guys-7; American Guys-3. Better than last time, but still a loss.
Tomorrow we will take a bus trip a few hours to spend the day at the beach with other teenagers from Rio Claro.

The team will be ministering to children in Costa Rica during a five day Bible school and other various outreach events. We will working with Pastor Rogelio Taylor at Guaycara Baptist Temple to reach out to the community by offering English classes and small service projects around the church.

ReplyDeleteI miss you both and am looking forward to next week to hear all the details. Heidi, your family is doing well but definitely ready to see your cute face. Kimmie, Kyle is even missing you because there is no one here to tease. Anna is not as much fun to bug as you are! :)
I'm sure it is a bittersweet time as you leave your new friends. Your labor of love and service will remain with their church and neighborhood for years to come. We often don't see all the fruit of our faithfulness but God does! Way to go Team Costa Rica. Love you Sweet Pea!!!
